From quite the young age, Dynamite began writing music. A trip to the Bob Marley Museum in Jamaica added more fire and zest to his growing love for music, especially the Reggae and Dancehall genre.
By the time he clocked 19, Dynamite was already well into producing and recording his original tracks. The rising act had to balance his academics with his musical career, an obviously challenging feat. Yet, he managed to achieve the feat, finishing college and representing Jamaica at international music festivals.
Dynamite, whose real name is Joel Tyril, is a Soca reggae musician with a line of hot songs to his name such as his famous song- ‘Brave’, and others like ‘Believe’, ‘Geddion’, and ‘Still Ah go Make It’. He has also done collaborations with fellow local reggae artistes- Abuza and Yaphato. `
This fast rising act has recently released a song called ‘Gully’.
Dynamite packs an impressive mix of Dancehall, Soca and Reggae styles set off by nice catchy lyrics.
